Sausage Ring 2(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. regular bulk sausage
1 lb. hot or spicy bulk sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (saltines)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. finely chopped apples
canned apricots and parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with fork.
Place in lightly greased 6 cup ring mold, then turn out onto foil lined shallow baking pan.
(Do not cook in mold.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Drain grease if necessary during baking.
Fill center with scrambled eggs or hash brown potatoes.
Garnish.
