Mini Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line 24 muffin cups with foil or paper. Place one vanilla wafer in each cup.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Stir in mini morsels.
Spoon 1/4 cup into each prepared muffin cup.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
