Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. croutons, crushed
Preparation
    Rinse and drain chicken. Dip chicken in beaten eggs. Place crushed croutons and Parmesan cheese in large bowl or freezer bag. Mix well. Roll or shake the pieces of chicken in croutons and place on baking pan. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
