White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt in saucepan.
Blend in flour and salt until smooth.
Stir in cold milk.
Gradually add.
Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until thickens.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese, if desired.
