Rita Lee'S Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    2 chickens, cut up, or chicken pieces (12 to 16 pieces for 8 people)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 packet onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour rice evenly into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Place the chicken pieces over the raw rice.
    Mix the soups and water together thoroughly and pour over the chicken and rice. Cover with foil and bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
