Creole Chicken Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked instant rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 c. finely chopped, fully cooked smoked ham
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Mix rice, broth, pepper sauce, onion and garlic in 3-quart casserole.
    Cover; microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; break up tomatoes.
    Cover tightly; microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until hot.
