Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh, peeled, diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and nuts in large mixing bowl and let stand for an hour.
Stir often so that the mixture makes its own juice. Combine dry ingredients and add to apples.
Then add oil, vanilla and eggs.
