Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup or tomato juice
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix hamburger, cracker crumbs, egg, catsup, onion, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
Mold into large patties. Mix mushroom soup, garlic salt and milk.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
