Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and stir (do not use an electric mixer).
    The zucchini gives moisture to the batter but it will still be on the soft side.
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 3 (4 x 8-inch) loaves.
