Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese
1 large pkg. lime jello
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced celery
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve jello with juice of pineapple and enough hot water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
Put in refrigerator while mixing cream cheese, pineapple, nuts and celery.
Then add the cooled jello (slightly jelled) and mix ingredients.
Next, fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into the mold and chill until set.
