Good Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
    1 slice toast, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1 stick butter
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and drain.
    Add all ingredients together and top with melter butter and crackers.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
