Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onion in oleo.
Add cream of chicken soup and milk. Add broccoli. Stir slowly until thawed. Add uncooked rice and grated cheese.
Mix well and pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
