Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 small, diced onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 to 2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and cover with approximately 25 crushed Ritz crackers. Top with 1 stick melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until bubbly.
