Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped rhubarb
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 slices bread, crumbled
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Crumble bread.
Add eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
Mix into batter.
Put half of batter in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Spread chopped rhubarb on top and add remaining batter.
Put lattice crust over the top or make a lot of holes in top crust.
