Italian Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. cubed Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
    1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Break eggs into medium bowl. Beat with rotary beater until mixed but not foamy.
    Add salt, parsley, cheese and pepper.
