Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. carrots
2 stalks celery
1 whole sweet onion
1 stick butter
1/2 pkg. crackers
1 c. light Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Steam vegetables together until done but not mushy.
Melt butter and Velveeta cheese together.
Pour over vegetables. Crumble crackers and spread over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 12.
