Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green tomato
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Slice room temperature tomato into 4 slices.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Coat both sides of tomato slices with dry mixture. Fry golden brown in oil.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves two.
