Chicken And Rice Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 fluid oz.) can chicken broth
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, thawed and chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Rinse meat in cold water.
    Pat dry and beat with meat mallet on both sides. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes in Dales sauce seasoning. Drop into hot grease and brown on both sides. Remove from grease and make gravy. Delicious served over mashed potatoes or rice. (You may also use round steak.)
