Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked squash, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 grated onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 jar pimentos
    1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. seasoned croutons
    2 grated carrots
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add cooked squash with remaining ingredients and place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle croutons on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
