Apple-Oat Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. oat flour
1 c. oats
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
4 cut up green apples
1 mashed banana
3 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and allspice
4 eggs
1/2 c. skim milk (if needed)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Stir flour mixture in.
Batter will be lumpy.
If too dry, add milk.
Add pineapple and apples.
Pour into 2 loaf pans or long 9 x 13-inch pan.
Can add nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
