Cranberry Mold(Relish Mold For Thanksgiving Dinner) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. each: cherry flavored and lemon flavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
2 c. whole fresh cranberries, ground
1 small unpared orange, quartered, seeded and ground (about 2/3 c.)
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (20 1/2 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin and 1/2 cup sugar in the boiling water. Add the lemon juice and undrained crushed pineapple.
Chill until gelatin mixture is partially set.
Fold in the ground cranberries, ground orange, diced celery and walnuts or pecans.
Pour gelatin mixture into an 8 1/2-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Drain the pineapple slices; serve salad with pineapple slices.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
