Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
    In a bowl, add sugar, flour and egg yolks; beat well.
    Add butter, juice and rind of 1 lemon and milk.
    Beat all this together.
    Fold in beaten egg whites. Put into 9-inch unbaked crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clean.
