Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. butter
    2 c. self-rising flour
    8 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir sifted flour into water and butter.
    Stir until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet into mounds 3-inches apart.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool.
