Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 large cans chunked pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 small block Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain
    pineapple
    and save juice.
    Mix pineapple, sugar and flour.
    Cut Velveeta into small cubes and mix with pineapple mixture.
    Pour
    a little juice into this.
    Melt butter and pour in half
    of
    this.
    Mix
    the rest of the butter with the crushed Ritz
    crackers.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish and put crackers on
    top.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
