Diabetic Pink Cloud Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
    2 pkg. Equal
    3 oz. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
    1 small low-fat cottage cheese
    8 oz. lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Take your can of pineapple plus your juice plus your 2 packages Equal.
    Heat and bring to a boil.
    Then add your pack of Jell-O.
    Then let cool.
    Add your cottage cheese.
    Mix well.
    Fold in 8 ounces lite Cool Whip.
