Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cholesterol-free margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. low-fat peanut butter
1/4 c. cocoa or carob powder (optional)
1/4 c. skim evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts (optional, add later)
Preparation

Place ingredients, in order given, in top of double boiler. Do not stir!
When margarine has melted, remove pot from heat and stir until smooth.
Stir in nuts, if desired.
Pour into 8-inch square pan and let sit for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Freezes well.
