Sandy'S Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 5 baking potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in oven and cook for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
    Meanwhile heat water in a large saucepan and add chopped celery to water and simmer until celery is tender.
    When potatoes are fully cooked slice down the center and scoop out the inside of the potato.
    Add to celery and water.
    Add milk, butter, sour cream, bacon, onions, 1 c. cheddar cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Allow the mixture to simmer over low-medium heat until it thickens, Use the rest of the cheese to top and you can also add chives.
    Serve hot!!!!
