Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Add butter to hot mashed potatoes and stir until melted.
    Stir in milk, sugar, eggs, salt and cinnamon.
    When blended, pour in 9-inch pie plate or shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle with walnuts.
    Bake about 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
