Breakfast Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. breakfast sausage
    4 slices bread, cubed
    9 eggs
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Place bread cubes on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread sausage on top.
    Sprinkle cheese over all.
    Mix eggs, salt, mustard and milk until well blended.
    Pour mixture over all; cover tightly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
