Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini
3/4 c. sugar
1 can milk (12 oz.)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel and seed enough zucchini to make 2 cups when cooked and mashed.
Mix all ingredients well and put in a pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour until knife comes out clean.
