Wendy'S Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) beef sirloin roast (seasoned with meat tenderizer)
    3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 large green pepper
    1 pt. mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    oregano to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Let stand for 2 hours.
    Cut peppers and onion into large pieces. Combine all ingredients into large bowl and marinate beef and vegetables overnight.
    Alternate meat and vegetables onto skewer. Grill or broil until browned.
