Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Brush inside of pie shell with slightly beaten egg white.
    Add sugar, salt and milk to eggs.
    Strain and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with a few grains of nutmeg.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until firm.
