Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    7 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, oleo and salt in a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda; it will get frothy.
    Pour over popcorn and mix.
    Put on 2 cookie sheets. Bake in a 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
