Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. light brown sugar
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter; pour over bread crumbs and toss.
    Heat tomato puree with water, salt and brown sugar.
    Simmer about 5 minutes. Pour mixture over crumbs and toss; put in casserole dish and bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
