Hasselback Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Slice thinly within 1/4 inch of the bottom so that the potato will stay intact in the oven.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add butter. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
May add grated Swiss cheese and bread crumbs, if desired.
