Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    onion
    12 oz. salsa
    1 c. corn
    1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 c. crushed Tostitos chips, divided
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or mixture of mayonnaise and plain yogurt
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef with onion.
    Drain.
    Add salsa, corn and chili powder.
    Place 1 cup crushed Tostitos chips on bottom of casserole dish. Top with beef/salsa mixture.
    Cover with the mayonnaise, cheese and 1 cup crushed Tostitos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with lettuce, tomato and sour cream. (Make a double batch for a 9 x 13-inch pan.)
