Chocolate Chip Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. salad oil
    7 egg yolks, unbeaten
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. egg whites (7 to 8)
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/4 sq. grated chocolate (bittersweet)
Preparation
    Sift together into mixing bowl first 4 ingredients.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add next 4 ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
