Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cornmeal
    4 unbeaten eggs or 3 extra large
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss sugar, flour and cornmeal lightly with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Beat with rotary or electric mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.
    (Mixture may be a bit lumpy.)
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool.
