Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. carton Egg Scramblers
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. corn oil or sunflower oil (any no cholesterol oil)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except oil, in blender or mixer.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add oil very slowly while beating on high.
    Again, beat thoroughly.
    Refrigerate.
    Shelf life is about 2 weeks.
