Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat or roast, cut up small
    8 diced carrots
    4 large diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    16 oz. canned tomatoes
    3 medium onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Do not brown meat.
    Place all ingredients in a large covered pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours or until done.
