Turkey Pasta Salad(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    3 c. diced cooked turkey (light meat)
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Cool.
    Combine cooled macaroni with remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
    Chill. Serves 7.
