Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix
    ingredients, turn out on lightly floured board and knead about
    5 minutes.
    Roll out thin.
    Let dough stand until dry.
    Cut into 1/2-inch squares.
    Drop into boiling water and boil 10 to 15 minutes.
    Great to add to soup.
