Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 cups water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 cups thin noodles
    2 10 oz. packages broccoli
    6 cups milk
    1 pound velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saut the onion and carrots in the oil.
    Add the water and chicken bouillon cubes until cubes are dissolved (about 15 minutes).
    Add the noodles.
    Cook until noodles are tender.
