Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country style spareribs (pork)
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 pkg. sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except sauerkraut. Mix well and pour over ribs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered, basting 2 or 3 times.
    Add sauerkraut and continue at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1/2 hour.
    Cook, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes.
    (Total cooking time is 1 3/4 hours.)
    Great with baked potatoes.
