Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 brisket (any size)
3 c. barbecue sauce, mixed with 1 c. water
Preparation

In a large, oval baking pan with tight cover, cut a piece of heavy duty foil (shiny side out) and line pan with it, allowing enough to fold back over meat.
Place brisket (fat side up) in pan and cover with barbecue sauce and water.
Arrange foil snugly over brisket and bake for 4 hours at 350\u00b0 without peeking.
Remove from oven.
