Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    4 packets Sweet 'N Low
    8 c. thinly sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine the apple juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and sweetener. Set aside.
    Fill crust of pie shell with apples.
    Pour juice mixture over all.
    Dot top with margarine.
    Place crust on top. Cut slits.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Increase oven temperature to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
