Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini squash
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. Longhorn cheese
    1 medium red onion
Preparation
    Quarter squash the longway and cut into 2-inch lengths. Parboil until slightly underdone.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Grate Longhorn cheese.
    Slice onion.
    Alternate layers:
    squash, onion, soup mixture and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or more.
