Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    can tomato paste
    can tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Add tomato paste and 1 can of water. Simmer 15 minutes. Butter 3-quart casserole dish. Cut up cabbage in bottom layer. Add ground beef mixture for second layer. Add rice as third layer. Add tomatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove cover; turn off oven and let set awhile. Top with cheese.
