White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Heat until warm. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
    Add 1 cup flour.
    Beat on high 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning in grease. Cover. Let rise in a warm place.
    Let rise until dough has at least doubled in size. Divide dough and place in separate bread pans. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
