Chicken Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut into thin slices
    1/2 lb. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 can clear chicken broth
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 glass lemon juice
Preparation
    Dip each slice of chicken into flour, then egg.
    Fry in hot peanut oil; brown on both sides.
    Remove from pan and put on paper to drain.
